We are currently seeking two Deckhands to join a brand-new 52m private motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and dedicated individuals who are looking to establish a long-term career in the yachting industry and gain valuable experience onboard a new build vessel. Candidates must hold a valid Tender Driving Licence, while additional certifications such as PWC, navigation, or safety qualifications will be considered an advantage. We are looking for team players with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment. The yacht is currently based in Turkey, and successful candidates will join a professional international crew as part of a long-term program. This is a permanent position offering a monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000, depending on experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Europe.
