I also have large new build and refit background on yachts in different shipyards. I have the experience of running various vessels and their systems safely, in a cost-effective way, whilst adhering to the stringent environmental regulations and legislation.I have a comprehensive knowledge of main engines and electrical generation, hotel services and auxiliary equipment. My naturally enquiring mind has enabled me to anticipate emergencies and my problem-solving skills have identified and rectified problems safely and quickly. I am a highly motivated, reliable, punctual and honest, approachable professional person with a positive, warm and open attitude, who always strives to deliver a great service to the owner & guests, Captain & Crew and Management. As Chief Engineer I encourage the members of my team to voice their ideas and opinions so that we may improve our performance and generate a good team spirit.
