Introduction

I have recently ended my season as a deckhand sailing the Indian ocean, where I have expanded my skills and knowledge within the Superyachting industry. Before then I was a solo crew on board a 19-metre MY cruising the Amalfi coast. It was just myself and the captain/owner on board; I did everything from the exterior to the interior and the engine room. I have previous sailing experience with a 410NM done around Croatia within a week and developed a passion for sailing. I am confident in both the exterior and interior departments. However, I do love being on deck and learning as much as I can from confident crew members.  I am excellent at knots, line handling, anchoring procedures, passage planning and navigation, night watch/anchor watch, deck maintenance, and have a good knowledge of deck products. I am a confident tender driver with experience on 3-6-metre tenders with single to dual engines. However, I would like this opportunity to gain experience on bigger tenders. I am always willing and excited to learn and grow even more as a deckhand, and I believe your vessel would help me do just that. I am really passionate about watersports, whether it comes to jet skiing or even water tubing. I love doing water-related activities like snorkelling, water slides, and fishing. I have 100+ hours of volunteer work with our local paramedics, working as a first responder. It is also something that I enjoy doing due to my nature of wanting to take care of people and making sure that everyone is okay. I am friendly, kind, passionate, caring, hard-working, and creative (photography and video editing). I do not get involved in drama, and I get along well with others and enjoy meeting new people. I work great in a team, but I can also work independently if needed and do not mind taking the lead on something. I am looking forward to learning more and gradually progressing myself until I have reached my goal, which for now is getting my YachtMaster and PWC Instructor, and later on adding more courses that would not only benefit me but also the vessel that I would be on. I will be a great addition to the crew, as I am always willing to work hard and help in every department. Most importantly, meeting the needs of all the guests to the highest of standards.
