Watersport Instructor Deckhand seeking a full-time position on a 50m+ Motor Yacht, with experience on yachts up to 63m and over 8,000 hours at sea across busy charter and private programs. Growing up in Barbados, the ocean has always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve spent the last few years building strong seamanship, deck skills, and real confidence on the water through long days onboard and back-to-back charter operations. From running watersports and tenders to bridge watchkeeping, teak restoration, stainless polishing, crane operations, and offshore passages between islands, I’m used to being hands-on and keeping standards high no matter the pace of the program. I work hard, learn quickly, and genuinely enjoy being part of a strong crew environment. I’m now looking to step onto a larger yacht where I can keep growing, take on more responsibility, and build a long-term career in the industry.
Hobby e Interests
Highly active and passionate about the outdoors, with a strong interest in both land and water-based sports. Regularly participate in golf, soccer, padel, hiking,, maintaining a high level of personal fitness through consistent weight training. Enthusiastic about all water activities including body surfing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and e-foiling. Naturally energetic and team-oriented, with a love for adventure and an affinity for the ocean.
