Introduction

Hello I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, and customer-focused hospitality professional with three years of shipboard experience working as an Assistant Server with Carnival Cruise Line. During my time with Carnival, I worked aboard three ships: Carnival Elation, Carnival Sunshine, and Carnival Legend. These experiences helped me develop strong customer service skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. My responsibilities included assisting with food and beverage service, preparing and maintaining dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and high service standards, responding to guests’ needs, and working closely with the team to provide an enjoyable dining experience. I received two positive performance evaluations during my contract aboard Carnival Sunshine and successfully completed my end-of-contract evaluations on all my contracts. I take pride in being professional, friendly, reliable, and attentive to guests' needs. I understand the importance of teamwork, maintaining high standards of presentation, and providing personalized service that makes guests feel welcomed and valued. Working aboard cruise ships has allowed me to appreciate diversity, develop my communication skills, and learn how to connect with people from around the world. In my free time, I enjoy keeping fit, listening to music, discovering new places, and learning new skills. I also enjoy spending time in nature and embracing new experiences that help me grow both personally and professionally.
