I’m a 26-year-old Italian-Romanian Chief Stewardess with a bubbly attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. With several years of yachting experience behind me, I’ve stepped up confidently into leadership roles, building efficient, happy interior teams and running smooth charters, events, and boss trips. I’m a detail-oriented and hands-on professional who believes in leading by example while maintaining a positive, drama-free work environment. Hobby e Interests
Volleyball has shaped who I am: after nearly 10 years as a spiker and later as a coach, I’ve learned dedication, teamwork, and how to stay motivated under pressure. I still love playing whenever I can, beach volleyball in the summer. When I’m not staying active, I enjoy reading to recharge and grow, both personally and professionally. Whether I’m training my body or my mind, I like to keep moving forward.
