After 16 years as Chef onboard sailing and motor yachts, I have gained a wealth of experience performing high end charters in different Oceans and remote places. I am currently looking for Chef Position on 30M+ or sous chef on 100M+ charter or private vessels. I like travelling, meeting new people and seeing new places, which stretches my perspective and provides a unique space to further my culinary and hospitality skills. I enjoy cooking variety of cuisines. Both guests and crews love my food because it is fresh, healthy, beautiful and delicious. I enjoy working in a team environment. My years in the catering industry & on yachts taught me how to balance the fine art of getting the job done whilst entertaining guest and being people centered. I have also gone through Michellin experience. I am used to, and handle stress very well. Organised, flexible, attentive to details, energetic and passionate about everything I do.
