Seeking 2nd Stewardess for a 50m+ Private & Charter Motor Yacht. Start date: December 1st 2025 - Salary: DOE + annual 13-month bonus, true 3:1 rotation, return flights and medical insurance etc. Vessel aims for 8 weeks charter/year. 3 charters already signed on. Requirements: 1 year at rank with 3+ years of experience on similar sized vessels. Passion and pride in own personal working standards imperative. Longevity valued, photography and charter experience a big plus. Candidate must be very confident in service (preferably with big boat background 90m+ or large event experience on smaller vessels) along with solid housekeeping and laundry skills. Ability to work independently without direct supervision while also mentoring junior team members.All required documents with at least 6 months remaining (STCW, ENG1, B1/B2 and Schengen visas - or equivalents). Discreet tattoos considered. About: Interior team of 4. Short owner trip plus 1 week return guest charter confirmed for December in SXM and BVIs. Costa Rica and Bahamas for winter season.
