We are looking for a skilled Deckhand to join a 32-meter private yacht cruising the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have at least three seasons of experience in the same role on yachts of similar size, with verified professional references. This position is open to individuals who are diplomatic, team-oriented, and possess the right personality and adaptability for life on board. The Deckhand will be responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of the vessel, including handling the tender, assisting with guest activities, and ensuring all exterior areas are impeccably maintained. Candidates must hold valid STCW certification, an ENG1 medical, a passport, and a tender license, and be ready to thrive in the dynamic environment of private yacht life.
