Captain – 30m Charter Yacht (New Build). Start ASAP, based in Italy with a summer itinerary in Greece and Turkey. The role involves the safe navigation and overall management of the vessel, including overseeing daily operations, planning and executing summer charters, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, and delivering a high standard of service to both owners and guests. The Captain will also be responsible for leading and coordinating the crew while maintaining an efficient and positive working environment. Candidates must have proven experience as Captain on a similar-sized yacht, hold a Master <500GT license (GMDSS preferred), and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a solid technical background, along with flexibility in managing changing itineraries. Due to the urgency of the program, only candidates currently based in Europe will be considered. Salary DOE, in line with industry standards.
