We are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a 38m motor yacht for the 2026 season, with immediate availability. Candidates should have a minimum of two full seasons in a similar role, as this is not an entry-level position. The role requires solid jet tender driving skills and confidence in all exterior duties, including wash-downs, detailing, and teak maintenance. Please note that only candidates currently based in Europe, ideally in Italy, will be considered. Applicants must hold a valid EU passport or Schengen visa (valid through at least the end of 2026), along with up-to-date STCW, ENG1, and PB2 (or Yachtmaster) certifications.
