Seeking a First Mate (YM, AEC1 & AEC2) for a 30m private/charter sailing yacht, starting at the end of June. Candidates should have a strong sailing background, ideally on performance sailing yachts; Southern Wind experience is a plus. This is a hands-on role involving sailing operations, deck duties, watersports, and guest interaction. The yacht has an active Mediterranean season ahead, with potential long-term opportunities on the owner’s upcoming new-build project. Requirements include Yachtmaster Offshore, AEC1 & AEC2, strong sailing experience, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Salary DOE.
