Mate/Engineer wanted for a 30m Southern Wind sailing yacht for the 2026 Mediterranean season. Joining in Vilanova, the yacht has a confirmed programme in the Balearics, combining charter and owner use. This is a hands-on, collaborative role alongside an experienced captain, ideal for a confident sailor with AEC 1 & 2, valid STCW/ENG1, and good all-round technical skills. Salary €4,000–€4,500 per month depending on experience, with the possibility of continuing into an exciting new-build project in Cape Town.
