We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bosun to join a busy 45m private/charter yacht based in the Caribbean. This is a great opportunity for a strong Lead Deckhand ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing deck operations, mentoring the deck team, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Candidates should have at least two years of experience on yachts over 40m, a solid charter background, strong maintenance knowledge, and proven leadership skills. Confidence in driving large guest tenders, managing watersports equipment, deck operations, and safety procedures is essential. Applicants must hold STCW Basic Training, a valid Seafarer’s Medical, Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed) or Master of Yachts 200gt, Powerboat Level 2 (or equivalent), and a valid B1/B2 visa. The position is available immediately, offers 42 days of leave, and salary is dependent on experience.
