We are looking for a Y4 Engineer to join a 37m Italian-built commercial motor yacht based in Croatia, cruising the Eastern Mediterranean. This is a permanent position starting at the end of June, with a mix of owner use and occasional charters. Candidates should hold a minimum Y4 qualification along with valid STCW and ENG1 certificates, and ideally have 4–5 years of experience as a Chief or Sole Engineer on yachts. The ideal applicant will be hands-on, technically strong, capable of troubleshooting independently, organized with administration, safety-conscious, and willing to assist other departments when required. We are seeking someone interested in a long-term commitment, supported by strong references and a stable employment history.
