We are looking for a Deckhand for a 45m private motor yacht operating in the Mediterranean, embarking in Athens, Greece. The contract runs until 15 October 2026, with the possibility of extension. Russian language is mandatory, and applicants must be under 35, non-smokers, with no bad habits or visible tattoos. The role includes exterior maintenance, mooring assistance, line handling, watchkeeping, and tender driving for guest transfers. A valid tender/powerboat license and previous yacht experience are required, along with good physical fitness and teamwork skills. Salary is €2,500–€3,500 depending on experience, plus 4 days paid leave per month.
