Seeking an energetic and fast-learning deckhand with a positive attitude and solid hospitality experience. The role is seasonal and strictly male due to cabin arrangements. The ideal candidate is motivated to build experience in the yachting industry, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right fit. Applicants must be fluent in English, already have relevant industry experience, hold a valid PB2 licence for tender driving if required, and possess both a Seaman’s Book and eligibility to work within the European/Schengen area. This is a demanding position onboard, suited to someone who thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and brings a strong work ethic combined with a professional, upbeat attitude.
