Seeking an experienced First Officer to join a 36m commercial motor yacht operating out of Monaco, with immediate availability required. Salary range €4,000–€5,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate has proven time as First Officer or Chief Mate on similar-sized commercial yachts, with strong all-round competence in deck operations, maintenance, safety management, and compliance. The role requires confident passage planning, efficient watchkeeping, and solid leadership in managing and supporting the deck crew, with the ability to step up and take command in the Captain’s absence. We are looking for a hands-on and technically capable professional with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to safety and maintenance, and the ability to maintain high operational standards under a busy charter or owner schedule. Discretion, reliability, and strong reporting and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational demands. Fluent English and French are mandatory, with Italian considered a strong advantage.
