Rotational Chief Engineer (CE III/3 or III/2 Y2) sought for a 55m Cayman-flagged commercial motor yacht. This is a 2:2 rotational position with flexibility between rotations, supported by a reciprocal arrangement with the counterpart engineer. The package offers a salary from USD 12,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience, together with a comprehensive bonus structure. Joining is scheduled in Europe during the first week of July. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Chief Engineer, be confident managing the engineering department independently, and contribute positively as part of a professional crew environment. The owners are highly supportive of their crew and are committed to building a long-term, stable team. A valid B1/B2 visa, driving licence, and all current certification are essential
