First Mate (YM, AEC1 & AEC2) required for a 30m Private/Charter S/Y, joining end of June. Candidates must have a solid sailing yacht background, ideally from performance sailing programmes; Southern Wind experience is highly desirable. This is a deck-focused Mate role requiring confidence in sailing operations, deck maintenance, watersports, guest service, and working within a small, hands-on crew. The yacht will operate throughout the Mediterranean season and is currently listed for sale. The Owner is also building a new yacht, offering potential long-term continuity for the right candidate. Requirements: Yachtmaster Offshore, AEC1 & AEC2, strong sailing experience, proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills. Salary DOE.
