Deckhand with engineering knowledge required for a 50m private M/Y based in Turkey. Permanent position with immediate start. The yacht is privately owned by an experienced yachting family who use the vessel approximately 3–4 months per year and are known for maintaining a positive crew environment. Candidates must hold STCW, ENG1, PBL2, AEC1 & AEC2, Yacht Rating, and a passport valid for at least six months, with strong verifiable references. A minimum of two years’ yachting experience is required, along with solid deck skills, a proactive attitude, high standards of yacht maintenance, and a willingness to learn and commit long term. Experience handling large tenders, particularly around 45ft, is highly desirable. Additional consideration will be given to candidates able to assist and teach watersports to children and involve them in day-to-day deck activities.
