An experienced Captain is sought for a 35m performance sailing yacht based in the Mediterranean. Following an extensive refit, the yacht is ready to launch a charter programme while awaiting sale. The successful candidate will oversee all onboard operations, lead a crew of five, and ensure the yacht is fully prepared for a successful charter season. Previous experience on 30m+ sailing yachts, a strong charter background, and a minimum Yachtmaster Offshore certification are required. Couple applications are welcome.
