We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a 30m charter yacht, starting in Sardinia and finishing in Cannes, France. The salary is €6,000 per month until 15 October, with the possibility of extending until 30 October. The yacht has 4 crew members, including 2 vegetarians, so experience with vegetarian cuisine is important. A valid tender licence would be a great advantage. This is a strictly dry boat, with no alcohol or drugs on board. There will be one one-week owner trip during the season. The owner is easy-going and respectful, and the working environment is friendly and professional. Immediate availability is required.
