We are currently seeking a Chief Engineer for a 40m M/Y new build, joining in Europe in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd Engineer ready to step into their first Chief Engineer position. Working closely with the Captain and shipyard, you will be involved in the final stages of the build and preparation before delivery to the owner next March. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean next summer before returning to the yard for warranty works. The position offers a starting salary of $9,000 per month and 60 days of leave. Candidates should hold a Y3 CoC or equivalent, STCW and ENG1. A valid B1/B2 visa is preferred, although US Citizens may also be considered.
