We are seeking a 1st Mate with a minimum of three years' proven sea time for a 30m charter/private yacht, currently cruising the Mediterranean with winter berth in Genoa. This is a permanent position starting ASAP alongside a crew of five. Candidates must hold valid STCW, ENG1 medical, seaman's book, Yachtmaster 200 GT, and Powerboat Level 2 qualifications, with AEC 1 & 2 considered a strong advantage. Salary is DOE
